Hi, I'm Adam, founder of The Keys Coach.
The Keys Coach is an online piano education company helping piano players around the world become more confident, creative and expressive through our YouTube channel, online courses and digital products.
I started the business because I kept seeing the same thing: people could read music, learn pieces and understand the basics, but still didn't feel free at the piano.
I wanted to build something that helped piano players move beyond simply following notes and start playing with more confidence, creativity and personality.
That's what The Keys Coach is all about.
As the business has grown, so has everything happening behind the scenes, and too much of that still sits with me.
That's why I'm looking for a brilliant Content & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team full-time.
Your job is essentially to help make sure things happen. Videos go live. Emails get sent. Freelancers know what they're doing. Projects keep moving. Loose ends get picked up.
Over time, I want to be able to say, "Can you handle this?" and know it's in safe hands.
I'm looking for someone switched-on, brilliant with technology, extremely organised and naturally good at figuring things out and keen to grow with the business.
If that sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you.
Cheers,
Adam
What You'll Be Doing
Own the weekly content schedule
You'll make sure our regular content goes out accurately and on time, including YouTube videos, emails, landing pages, short-form content and course resources. The aim is simple: Adam shouldn't need to wonder whether Friday's video is scheduled or this week's email is ready. You'll know, and you'll have it covered.
Coordinate freelancers & projects
You'll own the production schedule across our editors, designers, developers and other freelancers. You'll know what's due, follow things up when needed, spot potential delays early and help keep bigger projects such as course launches and website improvements moving.
Make sure things actually happen
Small businesses generate a constant stream of jobs that don't fit neatly into one category. It might be contacting our accountant, resolving a course-platform issue, researching a new tool, following up with someone or helping with customer support. We want someone who can take these jobs and move them forward without needing every step explained.
Build better systems
We use technology heavily across the business, including YouTube, email marketing platforms, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project-management tools and AI. Once you understand how we work, we want you to improve it by simplifying processes, documenting workflows, using AI intelligently and spotting opportunities to automate recurring work.

What We're Looking For
We care much more about how you think and work than whether you've already used every platform in our business.
- You take ownership. You don't need to be chased. If something is late, missing or doesn't look right, you investigate it and move it forward.
- You're brilliant with technology. You pick up software quickly, enjoy figuring out systems and already use AI as part of how you work.
- You're extremely organised. You're good at keeping track of people, projects and deadlines, and you notice the details other people miss.
- You communicate clearly. You're friendly, concise and comfortable following people up or raising problems early.
- You want to grow with the role. You're curious, ambitious and excited by the idea of taking on more responsibility as The Keys Coach grows.
Experience with YouTube, email marketing, online courses, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project-management software or AI and automation would all be useful, but none are essential.
A genuine interest in music, online education or the creator world would be a big plus.
